Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use this website or order from Roman Perfumes, Shop No. 2, Saad Plaza, Near Globe Bakery, Gola Ganj, Qaisar Bagh, Lucknow (GSTIN 09CRVPS5428N1ZK). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order on this website sends us a request; it is not yet a completed purchase. We confirm availability, the final price, any delivery charge and how you can pay with you on WhatsApp. An order is accepted only once we confirm it there. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error.

Prices and availability

Prices are in Indian rupees. Where no price is shown, we quote one before you commit. Any applicable taxes and delivery charges are confirmed with you before payment. Stock shown online can change before we confirm your order.

Payment

This website does not take card, UPI or other online payments. Payment is arranged with you directly after we confirm your order. We will never ask for your card number, UPI PIN, OTP or passwords. If anyone claiming to be us does, do not share them, and tell us.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

See shipping and returns. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund what you paid.

Products and personal use

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but fragrance is personal and wears differently on each person. Fragrances are for external use only. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, test a small amount on your wrist first, and stop using a product that irritates. Keep away from eyes, flames and children.

Inspired-by fragrances

Some of our fragrances are inspired by well-known perfumes. They are our own products, not the original brands’ products, and Roman Perfumes is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands. Brand and fragrance names are used only to describe the character of the scent and belong to their owners.

Using this website

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break into it, overload it, copy its content in bulk, place false orders or disrupt other visitors. We may block access that does. The site’s text, design and photographs belong to Roman Perfumes or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. Disputes are subject to the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer commission.
